Goal and Planning lists - There are many ways of
doing this. Perhaps you already have a planning
notebook so this would be just an added section to
that planning system. However, a simple beginning
would be to start a notebook for the specific
purpose of keeping goals and plans. This could be
in a loose leaf binder or a spiral ring notebook. However,
if you want a handy purse tool, a smaller "loose leaf" notebook
works best. This style of notebook may be used
indefinitely, as old pages of lists may be
taken out and new blank pages fitted in. It also
may be easily accessible on a date
to compare passed notes; it can be used for shopping
lists, and referencing specific plans and errands as well.
Husband may keep in his wallet a small note page
list for reference about husband/wife plans.
Personally, for specific y2k goals and lists I prefer to keep a smaller 3"x5" notebook because it is easy to carry and reference when I'm out shopping or on a date (as dear wife and husband) which may include a Y2K preparedness discussion. Our family ALSO keeps a larger loose leaf binder which includes a division for weekly home and school plans, food storage contents and location, as well as meal plans. We call this larger notebook, The H.O.M.I.E. (Home Operation Management in Education). Information pages on y2k would be placed in a Subject Binder with a "y2K" division. Of course y2k information may amount to quite a bit, which may merit it being stored in a Subject Binder all its own. Loose leaf binders are best for the accumulated storage of information, because copied information as well as article clippings may be more easily included along with the pages of note writing information. If a spiral notebook is used for note taking, it may be used solely for notes while the binder is used for printed and article information. Also note pages chosen from the spiral notebook may be torn out and added to the loose leaf binder The key to Goal planning and lists is whatever information and planning system works best for you, Do! The most important thing is to set up a system and... "write the vision and make it plain upon tables that he may run that readeth it." Habakkuk 2:2 kjv |
